The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has released its latest world rankings, showing that this week "Ruangkao" Lanlana Tararudee, 22, has moved up seven places from 79 to world No. 72, while "Mai" Mananchaya Sawangkaew, 24, has climbed eight places from 105 to world No. 97. These are career-high rankings for both Lanlana and Mananchaya, and it marks the first time in history that two Thai women tennis players have simultaneously held positions in the world's top 100.
On the men's side, the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has also released its latest world rankings. In men's singles, "Boom" Kasidit Samrej remains Thailand's No. 1 this week, sitting at world No. 412, followed by Maximus Phrapol Jones at world No. 438. In men's doubles, Prajnasha Isaro continues to hold on inside the top 100, ranking at world No. 96 this week.
