TEAMG Reports Q2 Profit Growth of 29%

Team Consulting Engineering and Management has announced its first-half 2026 results, with revenue of 1,266 million baht, up 22%, and net profit surging to 111 million baht, up 18%. For Q2, revenue reached 635 million baht, up 19%, with net profit of 61 million baht, up 29%. The company noted that the Phase 2 zoo construction project and the Light Red Line rail project have pushed its backlog to 5,988 million baht. The public sector accounts for 71% of its work, while its EPC-related business posted a leap of 114%. Consulting, study, design, and construction supervision work for infrastructure projects remains the company's primary revenue source.

Mr. Chawalit Chantararat, Chief Executive Officer of Team Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (TEAMG), disclosed that for the first six months of 2026, the company recorded revenue from sales and services of 1,266 million baht, an increase of 230 million baht from the same period of the previous year, representing a growth rate of 22%. Net profit stood at 111 million baht, up 17 million baht from the same period of the previous year, equivalent to a growth rate of 18%.

For the three-month period of Q2 (April–June), the company recorded revenue of 635 million baht, an increase of 100 million baht from the same period of the previous year, representing a growth rate of 19%. Net profit was 61 million baht, up 14 million baht from the same period of the previous year, equivalent to a growth rate of 29%.

Mr. Chawalit further stated that the company's backlog grew following the award of the construction project for the New Zoo Phase 2 of the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand under Royal Patronage (ZPT), under the RSDT Consortium joint venture, with a total contract value of 4,335 million baht, of which the company holds a 10% share amounting to 434 million baht. In addition, the company was awarded a construction supervision consultancy contract for the Red Line Light suburban rail project covering the Siriraj–Taling Chan–Salaya section and three additional stations, with a total contract value of 392 million baht, of which the company's 66% operational share amounts to 258 million baht.

"In the consulting engineering business, which is the company's core area of expertise, revenue was in line with the previous year, particularly in the study and design segment, which recorded revenue of 433 million baht for the six-month period. Meanwhile, the related business providing procurement and construction services through the EPC segment expanded dramatically by 114%, generating revenue of 495 million baht. As a result, at the end of Q2 2026, the company's cumulative backlog reached 5,988 million baht, an increase of 3% compared to the end of 2025. The company continues to focus primarily on public sector work, which accounts for 71% of its portfolio, and aims to secure no less than 1,000 million baht in new contracts during the second half of the year," said Mr. Chawalit.
