After the competition ended, Janis posted a clip sharing her cautionary tale on her personal TikTok — screaming and writhing in pain during physical therapy — along with the caption:
"Anyone whose body isn't ready or who hasn't warmed up properly can get injured right away, seriously. Look at the state of me lol. It ended at a physiotherapy clinic."
And in the clip, Janis recounted:
"This is a cautionary tale about HYROX. The cause was not stretching properly. Other people train for HYROX for two to three months. As for me… well, that's why I ended up at the physio clinic. The pain was so intense it felt like my mind snapped — like my body was about to shatter. It was so painful and agonizing. When I came in for the physical therapy session where I was screaming, it felt like every part of my body was being torn apart."
The clip drew a flood of comments from netizens wanting to know what had inspired Janis to enter HYROX in the first place. Many noted that even dedicated fitness people get injured a lot, and since Janis doesn't exercise regularly, how could her body possibly handle it — and why didn't anyone warn her? Others commented: "She's a celebrity that teenagers look up to. Making this clip is actually a good thing — to show that people who drink, or people who aren't prepared, should not enter HYROX." There were also comments saying: "Right now you see a lot of serious athletes and quality trainers, but you also see a lot of content creators. This clip is good — so people know that if your body isn't ready, don't enter HYROX." And: "A body that's never been put through heavy work and then encounters something like this — the fact that she made it through is already impressive."

As for this HYROX competition, Janis declared from the moment she finished that it was her first and only time, explaining that entering this race was an extreme life challenge and that she had wanted to go in to gather the experience and the atmosphere to turn into content.
