The latest Michelin Guide Thailand has awarded Bib Gourmand recognition to five street food vendors, highlighting the exceptional quality of Thailand's hawker culture. Among the honorees are a 40-year-old pad thai stall in Thonburi, a family-run boat noodle shop in Ayutthaya, and a som tam vendor in Khon Kaen. The awards reinforce Thailand's reputation as one of the world's great street food destinations.
